3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: Koalify Real Estate Alerts
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our registration flow, you provide prior express consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Koalify, including messages sent using automated technology, related to your real estate journey. Message content may include:
- Property showing notifications and new listing alerts
- Offer and listing status updates
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Document requests and follow-ups
- General communication from your assigned realtor
Consent Condition: SMS consent is not a condition of purchase, financing approval, or use of non-messaging features.
Message Frequency:Message frequency varies based on your activity and your assigned realtor's communications.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After opt-out, we may send one final confirmation message.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile Data Sharing: Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Not impersonate any person or entity

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOALIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOALIFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koalify and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
